Hi team, I'm trying to upload my profile photo but the upload always fails at 50%. I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge) and file sizes (under 2 MB). Could you please help me?

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
2. Try uploading from incognito/private mode
3. Make sure the file is JPG/PNG and under 5 MB

Tried all three steps but the issue persists. The upload still fails at 50%.
