Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or legal marriage age in your jurisdiction) to use our platform. By registering, you confirm this.

Account Registration

You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Code of Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Impersonate another person
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Share obscene, illegal, or copyrighted content
• Solicit money or commercial services
• Use automated tools to scrape data
• Circumvent security measures

Paid Services

Premium memberships are billed upfront. Auto-renewal is enabled by default — you can disable it anytime from your dashboard. See our refund policy.

Content You Post

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By posting, you grant Perfect Marry a non-exclusive license to display them on our platform. We may remove content that violates our policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can also delete your account anytime. Upon termination, your profile is removed within 30 days.

Disclaimer

Perfect Marry is a platform for introductions. We don't guarantee compatibility, successful relationships, or accuracy of profile information. Members are responsible for due diligence before meeting in person.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Marry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Check this page periodically.
