• Hold 6–8 daily counselling sessions over phone and video
• Match members with compatible profiles
• Maintain confidential session notes
• Run periodic group webinars on relationships

You should have:

• Master's in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work
• 3+ years counselling experience
• Fluency in Hindi plus Tamil or Telugu
• Strong empathy and active listening skills
